If you are asking where they are the are in the trunk and in the front of the car by the radiator you will probably have to pull the lining out of the trunk to find them and they are more than likely in the front bumper on the frame

1993 cutlass a/c making loud noise
air compressor clutch bearing is failing - repair if too costly a rebuilt unit installed by yourself plus Pro - one in a can recharge of freon will be needed. If above not do able - remove main serpetine drive belt + measure and by trial and error acquire Shorter Belt to Fit everything without going around Air Conditioner pulley . Noise will be gone but no Air Cond. and this is cheapest route but getting right shorter belt Length is Time consuming .
How to remove theWindow handle
There is a cheap little thin- metal hand tool just for window crank removal. Available at any parts store, it slips between the handle and the trim panel to spread the c-clip and force it back off the shaft that the handle fits on. Some patience is required to hit that c-clip just right with the tool. Another method that works pretty well is take a rag and work the edge behind the window handle, just get it behind the center part of the handle and saw it back and forth against the shaft. The rag will catch the ends of the c-clip and push it back enough to let the handle come off free.Hope this helps you. I've found the rag method is the easiest-got the handle off my toyota on the first try.

Passenger side window rolls down, not up.
New switch, and new motor, and still the problem! I wonder if the driver's switch (the master switch) for the pass. window is stuck in a position that won't allow for the passenger switch to operate normally. Not sure how you'd test that hypothesis without trying a new masterswitch, but maybe you can figure a way. And as you know, power for the windows is routed first through the master switch, and then to the other window switches.I would think you could get the window up if you disconnected the actuator for the power windows. Just reconnect everything after you get the window up.Good luck, Kollman.
How can you tell if your starter is goin bad
A bad starter will kill a battery real quick. If you can find a DC amp-meter compare it to factory specs, or similar car starters. A bad starter will make a grinding noise, or give false tries where the starter spins free without engaging the motor. Of course, a bad starter will not spin at all, just make sure the relay is working.
Dies after you drive it
I would change the oxygen sensor only if the oxygen sensor code comes up showing that the o2 sensor is is not cycling.
Have the car scanned in order to determine what may be causing the stall condition.
How to change headlight assembly
You can't get at them from the engine bay. You've got to remove the
plastic grill on the front of the car, to get at other screws, and take a
few screws out that hold the entire headlight assembly in. Do not
unscrew any of the screws above or below the lights. These are for
adjusting the angle of the headlights. You'll have to readjust them if
you do. Not a big deal, just unnecessary if you don't touch them.
There should be 2 screws on either side of the headlight assembly.
Spray some penetrating fluid on them. I broke one with very little
pressure because I didn't. Sheared the head right off the shaft.
Once you get the headlight assembly out the bulbs come out with a
quarter turn of the socket. Remember not to touch the new bulb with
your fingers. Oil will create hot spots and it could crack the bulb.
If you do then clean it with a high percentage alcohol before putting it
in.
