Whereis fanrelay located
It has moved from year to year as it is prone to overheating (which is probably why you're looking for it). On my van which is also a 2000, I found it near the air intake under the driver's headlamp. To access, you must remove the air intake assembly and the driver's side headlamp assembly. There are three nuts on the back of the headlamp assembly, and one bolt on the top. Removing the battery & tray helps, but is not necessary. There is another piece of air intake that was in the way on my van which can be removed once the headlamp comes out. the radiator fan relay is riveted to the subframe and should be visible once the headlamp and air intake are completely removed. Drilling out the rivets is about impossible, so I "removed" them with a hammer.
the connector is tricky also. There is a red lock that tends to stick, but must be slid out before you can remove the connector. It only needs to slide out part way.
Other locations: driver's side frame rail under battery, subframe by lower radiator mount.

Jacking points rotted
There are a number of locations under the van where it will still be safe to jack it up, if you go further under the vehicle to reach the subframe near the vans suspension ahead of the rear wheel, or near the drive train frame behind the front wheel, avoiding any lines or cables in either case. This is only a stop-gap measure. The van's stock jack won't be the safest choice to use for this and it would be advisable to have a bodyshop/mechanic weld in replacement jack hardpoints with alignment studs as soon as is convenient.

Looking for a wiring diagram for my 96 ram 2500 ignition switch... Suggestions?
Shop manuals used to contain full wiring diagrams, but newer ones often just say the diagrams are so complicated they are not included. In my experience, dealer parts departments will often provide copies of portions of wiring diagrams free, particularly if you ask nicely. Online forums for your specific vehicle often will provide this as well. Is there some specific issue we might help with?

Radio not coming on in 2000 dodge caravan
If you have power windows did they stop working also?
Issue may be a worn ignition switch internal contact. Try moving the key just a little from the run position and see if power is restored.

Why won't my brake lights work?
This may be a problem in your steering column with the turn signal switch. It is tough to replace and I would have a professional do it if you are not familier with disassembling your steering coulmn.

2000 dodge gr caravan right headlight does not work
check fuses under the dash and hood, if these are good then check for power and ground at the headlight socket, on both low and high beam. there are 3 wires at the plug one will be a ground and one will be for the low beam and the last one will be for the high. if one of these is not there then you will have to check wiring from the plug back for a bad wire.

Oil change mechanic said he couldn't get the oil plug back in and would have to replace the oil pan
Many States have laws against auto repair shops doing work prior to obtaining written authorization. You should check with your states dept of motor vehicles. You may be right that the mechanic, and I'm using the term loosely, stripped the oil plug. However, sometimes the plug get stripped by it being removed and replaced many times because of oil changes. Be that as it may, there are repair systems far less expensive than changing the oil pan. You are being SCAMMED! I've worked as an auto technician for 35 years and I'll tell you that there is not nut that broke in the oil pan other than the one that holds the oil plug in. They broke it forcing the cross threaded plug. Don't pay them, if you do, report them to DMV. It is better than taking them to court. What state do you live in?
