Another fuse box location is found on the passenger side underneath the dashboard or kick panel, better to check the owners manual so you don't have to look into all 3 locations.When you do find the right fuse block, look for a fuse that is labled Insturment Lights or Cluster Panel, that usually indicates the dashboard light fuse. The fuse used in most dashboard lights is around the 15 to 20 Amp range.

The bendix is weak, replace the starter. You might want to check the flywheel while the starter is off. If it is eaten to much, you may have to replace it also.

there are a few steps to go over , did it kick any codes to the OBD if not you should scan it just to be sure , the problem could be in the fuel pressure regulator possible ? fuel filter ?

If you ahve checked and replaced these things then you would need to check the collar switch. this is on the steering column, behind the steering wheel.
