The radiator fan relay should be in the Power Distribution Center, the box on the left fender well under the hood. Remove the cover and look at the diagram on the inside of the cover for the location of this relay.

Head gasket , blown up, check for water coming out the tail pipe

Most likely the instrument cluster board has bad souder get cluster or have electronics guy look ot the cluster board for bad joint

The valve body in the transmission is worn enough to leak pressure when the transmission has some heat built up in it.

K if you changed both of them then you need to replace the gage unless its a digital one then it needs reset

You may have a clogged line

Possible fuel delivery problem. Check fuel pressure for correct PSI. Check fuel filter for restriction. Check engine light on? If so, scan for trouble codes that may indicate sensor issues that can also cause this type of problem
