Possibly worn motor and trans mounts. Easy test is to open the hood and start the engine. Hold the brake tight and put the van in reverse, rev the engine slightly and look for the engine to rock, now keep holding the brake tight and switch from reverse to drive and again rev the engine slightly and look for the engine to rock the other way. If you get more than say a few inches of movement you should have your mounts changed.

Not sure why you have scanner readout, but the most likely culprit in the hard brake pedal/hard to stop category would be a faulty power brake booster.

often normal door latches will wear out causing the door latch to not activate the "full latch". The full latch ends up moving further up and into the latch. the solution is to replace the latch or have it rebuilt.

to be honest ,,,they dont work! the fule sell never gives any thing like the amount of hydrogen the engine needs to run on all the pluming needed and the power needed to convert water into hydrogen out ways the cost of doing it,,,have a good read up on them on the internet first you will soon see its a con, now if you put a big hydrogen tank in thats another storie but hydrogen is not cheap,, to make or buy! if your after more that a fuw mpg (ie 2 mpg), forget it drive your car using less throtol and braking,thats well over 2mpg, oh by the way,, hydrogen go's with a very big bang! rember the hindenberg??? that went bang too,

Could be low on gas.

There is a gasket between the engine exhaust header and the exhaust pipe that is probably damaged. Actually a simple fix for a backyard mechanic

I had the same problem and had it towed to the local dodge dealer. The problem was that it needed a new fuel pump. It's a fairly big job since the pump is located in the gas tank (what a brilliant idea). I had it done and it cost nearly $700. Still love the car!

You may have a possible head gasket leaking.It's allowing air from the cylinder to pump into the cooling system. Have your cooling system pressure tested to confirm.

check the exhaut may be plugged

what motor do you have? have you change the thermostat lately? check the 2 hose to the heater core ,and see if they are hot. if only one is hot then you have a clogged heter core
