It will take some testing to be sure but start with the fuel system. Make sure you are getting fuel to the engine. You can carefully spray a little carb cleaner into the intake while the car is cranking, if it runs you have a fuel problem. Next, spark. You need to verify that you are getting a solid spark at the plugs. A weak spark is not good and could be due to the voltage in the battery. Air & timing are all that's left if you have fuel and a hot spark. SIDE NOTE: fuel system/lines/filter blocked, battery voltage dropped below 9.5 Volts are 2 possibilities after sitting a while.

Sounds like the wires inside the harness between the door jam are broken from cracking in the cold and opening and closing the door. push the rubber boot back or cut it off if you like and inspect the wires.

I don't know about your heater problem, especially if there is heat on the driver's side. Could just be a closed vent on the other side. BUT, If all 4 of your power windows went out simultaneously, pray that it's a fuse issue. Because if it isn't, either all 4 of your window switches or all 4 of your window motors have gone out. Just be glad they're stuck up instead of down. I've had several replaced. It's expensive and involves pulling off the door interiors.

No reflash. Check for vacuum leaks, clear the code. Let the pcm relearn the new sensors. Also check the connectors on the maf for bent pins or disloged pin sockets. Check wiring to make sure no insulation or other damage.

My best suggestion to you is to go to Schuck's/Kragen/Chief's/Napa/O'reily's/Checker/Auto Zone and have the code read. It is a hand held reader that simply plugs into a connector in your car. They will help you do it and it is FREE. They will also tell you what the code means and is a starting point for what it is reading in your cars computer.

With the key OFF, turn on parking lamps and emergency flashers. Then walk around the entire car, looking for lamps changing brilliance. Any that DON'T change brilliance either have a bad bulb or a bad ground connection!

WSW fuse #3 30amp under hood fuse box . Also ACC fuse # 2 15amp same location as the other fuse .

if a code was not reset from factory, I think the owner's manual tells you what the factory setting is. If someone reset the code and didn't right it down, you're SOL on it. Need to take it to a dealership to help you out then.
