Have 1990 Exceed. After motor

If that is an Engine temp light you may need to replace the Thermostat or the Water Pump. When you checked the heads after the Head Gaskets blew did you magna Flux the Cylinders? That will show you any cracks in the block. Assuming the block wasn't damaged when the head gasket blew and that the light you are seeing is actually for the Exhaust temp this is an indication that the Catalytic Converter is faulty and needs replaced. When you get that light get off to the side and take a look at the converter and see if it is bright Red or turning red. If it is then you need to replace it. Do a compression check on the motor when it is cold and then do one when it is warm and see if there is a major difference in your compressions as this would indicate a cracked block or Head. Moisture in a cylinder indicates a cracked cylinder and will cause this condition you have described as well.

I dont have brake lights,

If all your brake lights are out, it could be your brake light switch. The switch should be located above the brake pedal arm. Might be as simple as a lose or dirty connection. The switch should have a adjustment too.

92 montero, sitting still idling and the idle

Hi, you need to ground pin 1 of diagnostic pin, turn the engine to on and watch check engine light. It will flash a code (long long short short short = 23). The code will tell where the problem may be.

Location of crank shaft censor

Assuming a 3.0 V6; the crank sensor is actually located in the distributor. The 3.0 V6 makes use of small LED lights and a spinning disc located in the distributor. This disc has small holes in it when the holes pass by the proper point the light passes thru telling the ECU to spark and injector pulse. If you have no spark I'd check the ECU too; early 90's Mitsubishi ECU hasd poor capacitor in them, they tend to leak with time. If you do have to replace the ECU be certain to use the same MD number found on it.
If I may be of further service please let me know.

Thanks,
Tom

I have 92 pajero iwas driving home when temp

Your coolant all leaked out, or your thermostat locked shut, and the engine seriously overheated. Some makes will not start again until the thermostat has been replaced (the Japanese have always been too cute for their own good, and program such things into the vehicle computer) and the computer reset, and sometimes this simply kills the engine altogether. Proper maintenance is a must!

Bolts stuck on Lower control arm

Try soaking the bolt(s) in penetrating fluid for a few hours and reapply if necessary..... http://cgi.ebay.com/Summit-SP1504-Penetrating-Oil-Spray-15-oz-Aerosol-Can_W0QQitemZ390176989400QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_100?hash=item5ad85c60d8

If this doesn't do the trick you'll need to heat the nuts and that's best done in the correct enviroment, e.g: a workhsop.

No rotation of distributor

while it's possible the gear came off the end of the distributor, the most likely cause of this issue is a broken timing belt, which doesn't always cause engine damage. if you can, unbolt the distributor from the engine and just check to see that the keyway is still attached to it and spins it. if so, take it into the shop because you've got something internal going on, whether it's the timing belt, or a broken camshaft.
