Cant put gas in the tank
Most likely your canister vent valve is stuck, plugged or defective. If you live in a cold climate it is not unusual for ice or snow to have plugged it. This can be remedied by putting the car in a warm garage for several hours until it melts.
If the service engine soon light is on you will have to take it to a service garage to have the codes read to determine what may have failed.

Vauxhall astra horn
The problem is in the loom in the steering wheel, it requires removal of the airbag and a new wheel loom to be fitted. The loom costs about £15.00 I think.
