DASH LIGHTS FLICKER WHEN USEING THTE TURN SIGNALS WHY?

It is the load on the electrical system from the bulbs turning on and off that you are seeing, you may have a weak battery or a failing Alternator, have them tested. Autozone does this testing for free as do many others like Sams club

It pulls to the left when braking

check right front caliper probably frozen in place thats why the left front is pulling . Easy repair jack up right front tire and remove wheel put a jack stand under car after jacking it up for safety. remove caliper and replace also replace pads and left front caliper also when one fails the other is soon behind in failing. Parts should be under $100 for pads and both calipers. Do Not try to rebuild the old ones leave this for the rebuild shops.

HARD TO START

To clarify, the engine cranks and starts. If it cranks but won't start until 4 or 5 tries, I would check the fuel pressure before and after the first attempt. The check valve in the pump may be faulty and allowing the fuel to flow back to the tank when it is not running. The pump only gets power for the first 3 seconds during crank time until the engine starts.
