You need to clean the throttle body .. then earth out the singke pin brown connector on the firewall to reset base idle .... the car needs to be a normal operating temperature

Check the immobiliser is properly disarmed and then check for spark, fuel, etc.

didnt specify vehicle --generic answer --look in owners manual and with most vehicles look at the fuse/relay box under hood

your battery is to low in power to start car or your starter or solenoid has packed it in .

have a look at fuse box a list of what fuse does what will be on inside of lid

because water is seeping into the ignition system, security system or horn/Colum & is grounding as soon as you turn on your ignition . After warming ,things melt or dry up & your good to go. Check under that hood near the horn for water or ice or water leak at the windshield to the column. Loosen upvyhe tenssioners and pull the belts off

You get to them from the top. Follow the wires to where they are connected and pull them off. The spark plug is under there. I am assuming you have a 6 cylinder so there will be 6 wires.
