2006 Charger, 3.5l. Where does this plug in?

it may well not connect to anything, as all manufactures use the same wiring loom for many different model versions, and as each version has different features eg A/C , headlight washers etc as an example .Is there any problems with the running of engine or any OBD codes if not then i'd expect it isn't used on your model

Where is the fuse located for the turn signals??

I would check the owner's manual for this information. Most of the fuses are in the giant electrical junction box under the hood near the RF wheel. However, my 2006 charger has a faulty map impreinted on it- like it was drawn mirror image? Some other few fuses are in the junction box near the battery under the trunk floor. Start with the owner's manual, usually in the glovebox.

Whats wrong with my wipers

try replacing fuse first but problem could be in the wiper switch or arm . like its not getting ground to shut off if you can see wiper motor under the hood on dashboard you might try putting switch in off position then unplug motor you might have to do this to stop them an position them in down spot changing that switch can cost because it all in the steering wheel good luck

Heater blows cold air only 2006 Dodge Charger?

Check all vacuum lines first for any possible leaks especially if you have a flow control near firewall or hoses going through firewall. If you feel hoses going to heater core, are they both hot to touch when engine at normal running temperature? Coolant level is up, and been bled properly? Did you have to add coolant lately for any reason?
