Having problems with revolutions of 06 charger while i drive, what could be the problem?

Either the socket is damaged or ground wire not attached. Trace wires to where one is attached to frame or body.

It depends on how far you have to drive your car to get home yes you can seal the top of it replace the fluids but keep your eye on the temperature gauge
I have a 2006 dodge
t is most likely a faulty torque converter clutch servo/ solenoid
wiring and unit is suspect
while it may look that the pan cannot be removed to change the oil there is a way to do it
if you find a dealer too expensive find an accredited service center or specialist transmission shop and get quotes
the transmission will be generic as car manufacturers do not make their own transmissions but use ones built to their engineering requirements
If it appears sealed , then an accredited shop has the equipment to replace the oil by pumping in and pumping out the oil
