2006 Dodge Caravan 2.4, V4. It has code P0340.

The P0340 code indicates a problem with the camshaft position sensor circuit. However, given the additional symptoms you've described, it's possible that there may be multiple issues contributing to the no-start condition. Here are a few things you may want to check:
  1. Check the wiring and connector for the camshaft position sensor. Make sure the wiring is not damaged and the connector is securely attached.
  2. Check the timing belt or chain. A broken or worn timing belt or chain can cause the camshaft position sensor to fail and can also result in a no-start condition.
  3. Check the crankshaft position sensor. A failed crankshaft position sensor can also cause a no-start condition.
  4. Check the fuel pressure. While you can hear the fuel pump activate, it's possible that it's not delivering the proper pressure to the fuel injectors.
  5. Check the ignition system. Check for spark at the spark plugs and make sure the ignition system is functioning properly.
  6. Check for vacuum leaks. A vacuum leak can cause a rough idle or a no-start condition.
It's also possible that the excessive oil on the spark plugs may be related to a separate issue such as a failed piston ring or valve seal. If you've checked all of these components and are still unable to diagnose the issue, I would recommend taking your vehicle to a qualified mechanic who can perform additional diagnostics to pinpoint the cause of the no-start condition.

Fuse for 2006 Dodge Caravan cigarette lighter. I

Those two fuses are for front and rear power outlet. As you can see that relay has to be energized to get voltage at the fuses. You can use a test light to check for voltage at the fuses. cigar lighter-kddlmrieb3xrscjz5y0jyh3t-5-0.jpg

2006 Dodge Caravan SE Interior light flashes and

My suspicions are that the BCM is faulty ????? Before condemning the BCM Suggest you have a qualified repair shop check it out . Doesn't sound like you know a whole lot about automotive electronic's ! We in the profession don't guess ,we test . Hooking up a professional type or factory scanner to see if the BCM will talk with the tool . If it does more then likely nothing is wrong with it . An if it doesn't talk with the scanner ,still doesn't mean it's bad . Finding a wiring diagram an checking power an grounds would be the next step. Checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes would be another step if the BCM communicates with the scanner . So do yourself a favor before replacing parts you have no clue about ,have a qualified repair shop check it . I only say this because if you knew anything you would view a wiring diagram an test the electrical circuit's for fuse #24 . Seeing what all it power's up .I see problems like this daily ,working at Chrysler , dodge ,jeep dealer . An people trying to fix it them self ,make it worst .

My 2006 Dodge caravan just started not having power and wanting to cut off. Could this be a vacuum hose?

U need first of all to check if engine light is on and read out codes to lead U into the right direction if no engine light on check next to see if U have fuel pressure issue might want to start with a new fuel filter if not replaced already after would be a fuel pump assumption need to diagnose step by step to determine a solution this is a hypothetical. Good Luck

I have a 2006 Dodge Caravan brake lights stay on

There is a crossed wire or a pinched wire somewhere in the wire bundle causing a back feed from one circuit to another. That's the worst kind to trouble shoot because to find it you have to uncover the wire harness from the dash all the way to the brake lights. That means a lot of trim and panel removal.
