i am assuming you mean heater core, you have to remove the pass rear cargo trim panel and any trim that interlocks to it as well as any connectors then the heater box and hoses from under the vehicle as well as if it has rear ac the ac system needs to be discharged first and those lines removed as well, then remove the box from the vehicle and seperate the case halves and replace the core, the reinstall in the reverse order of removal

If your battery isn't charging it is either because your alternator isn't putting out enough voltage or the battery has gone bad. With the engine running, check the voltage on the battery terminals. It should read 14.6, or a little lower, but definitely higher than 13. If the voltage is too low the problem is the alternator. If the voltage is reading over 14, the battery needs to be replaced. Are you certain the battery is not charging, or could it be that the battery is being drained overnight?

Hello the wiper motor axel is stucked by rust and the hole viper motor must be changed or renewed with a used/better one.To prevent the battery from draining remove the multiplug connector from the rear viper engine.(Remember to remove the negative cable from the battery) When the viper motor is stucked the power circuit can`t close in position and this is why your battery is being drained for power.Hope this will help you

clod hot bend door actuator is behind blower motor housing. Outside of housing, not inside blower case..two 7 mm screws hold it in.. be careful not to damage blend door shaft. its plastic..
