How do you if the heater core is going or if if is the therastat going ?

Seems like the tell tale sign of steam on front window and smell of anti-freeze would point more toward the heater core maybe being blocked.

Why would a 1994 grand am 2.3 sohc not crank after i change the head gasket becase it was blowed why would it turn over an not crank

honestly it could be dozens of things. Your best bet is to have a qualified mechanic check it out. With any luck, it is something as simple as a harness connector not plugged back in, but on the flip side, it could be engine/head damage from the blown gasket.

Loss of break fluid, wet driver side rear

Check to see if the brake line is leaking. If it’s not , it is probably the slave cylinder. Remove the wheel, take the brake drum off and you should see the cylinder. If it is a disk brake. You have the inside brake pad plunge seal leaking. Sorry I don’t remember if the brakes are disk or drum, and I don’t have my books close. Either way it is a relatively easy fix. Parts are readily available at the auto parts store.

We just had a major storm i think maybe moister

they have additives that remove water from fuel,, however that depends on how much water your talking about, if your sure this is the problem,, I'd drain the tank, and start new if you suspect a bunch of water got in,, you might also check the distributor cap for moisture in there, that causes missing and bad running also
