Should be easy. Get some spray lubricant. Jack front of vehicle up. Underneath spray the nuts or bolts that hold the exhaust pipe to header/catalytic unit. Wait 5 mins, spray again, wait 5 mins then take off. Once unscrewed take a flat-tip screwdriver and pop off. Install new one. Reverse install

Id say you have a bad switch, or bad headlight relay.

Most reputable repair shops wont do it because they don't know if your motor and parts are good. Even if they do it, they will charge you a couple thousand dollars and they wont guarantee it.

check all fuses under or side of dash and under hood and if those are all good try changing the bulbs

It might be possible but you will need to mesure the belt size as it will be hard to guess the size needed. Take a peace of a string run it around pulleys like a belt and take the measurement to an auto parts store.

The lack of heat in the car has little to do with the car's cooling system, other than the hot coolant is the heat source. 95% of all "no-heat" issues are related to heater controls and/or the heater core itself. Since you get some heat, and then it goes away, this indicates a probable vacuum leak in the heater controls. When you select heat, vacuum is directed to a vacuum motor. This motor operates a vacuum actuator that moves a linkage that moves a door inside the heater box to direct the interior air through the heater core. If this actuator has a leak, it will activate, then as the vacuum leaks off, deactivate. You probably need to have a part replaced in the heater actuator mechanism.

Check the direct connection to the blower motor. Check the fuse. Sometimes you can try to put it on high and try hitting the blower motor to see if turns on. It may also be the blower switch or the blower itself.
