Plugged catalytic converter . Have a qualified repair shop check it out .

I would not have any idea who did this or why this was done.

Sounds like the wheel bearing on the right rear hub may be defective, that would cause the noise if the tires are ok. As far as the fan goes not sure this isn't working as designed.

First guess is anti theft. Leave key on for half an hour and/or lock unlock doors with remote. Does the tack on the dash show rpm when cranking the engine?If it does you should have a injector pulse using a noid light. If you have rpm showing and no injector pulse try borrowing a computer from a vehicle like yours. No RPM showing when cranking? Check/change crank and cam sensors and possibly computer. Cam timing can cause no start but you should have an injector pulse even with a jumped tooth or two on the timing chain.

It's not the handles I've struggled with these issues on 3 altimas it's the door latch itself it's from moisture it's worse in the winter if I run the car for a couple hours with heat on the door opens also if you repeatedly lock and unlock the door with the power lock it will release eventually. I've been locked in my 04 Altima multiple times and had to lock the door sometimes to get it to hold shut these cars are nutorious for door issues

White smoke indicates water going through your engine or condensation in your exhaust. If it is a lot of smoke you probably have a small leak in your head gasket that seals back up as the engine warms and the materials expand. It will get worse as time goes on. If it's just a little smoke that doesn't last long it's probably condensation in your exhaust, especially if it's cold outside. Condensation is caused by the air cooling down in your exhaust after you shut down the engine.
