How to remove ignition lock cylinder on a 2003 excursion

If you can't get the key in, you'll have to drill out the lock cylinder. There's no other way to remove it without a workable keyway.

Having a electrical problem with my 2003 Excursion

What is the amp rating for the fuse? The professional way would be take fuse box loose and fix it from the back. I have heard of people using tin foil around fuse leg, to take up slack, I don't recommend that. Don't even know if it will work? You can get an inline fuse holder from auto store, then splice into proper colors wires, bypass the fuse cavity in fuse block. It will only be hot with key on and dead with key off. You would want to strap fuse holder to something so it doesn't flop around. Others may have a better idea. I'm just thinking out loud.

I have a 2003 Ford excursion and somebody tried to steal it and break the ignition my key won't work for it and they also broke the transponder module is there anyway to get around that please help

No way to get around any of that. New ignition parts from the dealer and a new key . Extra keys are dealer only since they have chips imbedded in them and need the key code read from the diagnostic port on the vehicle.

My 4wd wont work after I replaced the upper and lower ball joints and installed new seals

In the replacement of the ball joints the aromatic lock hub or hubs have to be disengaged. If they are not reengaging, look to see if they are seated correctly. If they seem to be seated correctly, you may want to see if you can manually lock them in. Drive it for about 100 yards and you will know if it is just the censer not reading correctly. This as well may reset the automatic system to factory setting and allow you to once again use the automatic lock in. It is know that if you did not disconnect the battery and you disassemble the lock hub, the censer will at time and not always fry.
