Dashboard removal 2001 expedition
Chances are You My Need A climate control Module, But You Need to Drop the Heater and AC Housing to make sure the Diverter doors are working,Since Fords Do have a Outside Leaf Catcher Problem It May just Be Leaves Preventing the Doors from Operating Properly,But then Again It requires that the Heater Box be dropped,Have Had some luck Using Compressed Air to Clean the debris into the A/C Drain but that will also have to be Blown Clear anyway Expect A few Hours of work to fix the Problem

Vacuum pump location
The problem has nothing to do with a "vacuum pump."
You either have a vacuum leak under the dashboard (vacuum line broken or fallen off), or you have a bad vacuum solenoid (less likely).
Best thing to do is listen for a hissing sound under your dashboard when the vehicle is running with the A/C off. Find were the hissing sound is, and there's your vacuum leak!
(My bet is that you will find the vacuum line has come off of the automatic parking brake release. This is the most common source of internal vacuum leak in those vehicles.)

How to replace a drivers door check strap
remove the door trim and work from inside the door . use care here as the door will be uncontrolled and can fly open in a gust of wind causing injury or body damage

Check engine light on and coolant leak
Get it into a shop,so they can check the codes,
as a result of the check light issue
The coolant leak is obvious
Repair the coolant system,all of it
The vehicle is 13 years old
You can work on it for weeks, if you like
to get all repairs & preventative maintenance

Battery not holding charge
Have alternator check. This is what keeps the battery fully charged. Car is running on battery power only
