I have a 94 Roadmaster and occasionally my pass key light comes on and car won't start....however if you turn off the key and wait 3 minutes you can try starting it again. Sometimes it will start

Still sounds like something in the wiring. I would first recheck the connector on the blower motor by wiggling it - not unusual to see an intermittent failure of the wiring inside the motor. This could also be an intermittent fault in the blower resistor pack or connector.

The throttle body should be cleaned. There are sensitive wires in there that can be damaged if the proper spray cleaner is not used. Have a diagnostic test done on it to pinpoint the defective parts.

Probably not your problem. If you have throttle body injection, it is built into the throttle body. What was removed to replace the oil sender? I replaced them with out removing anything. Some have to unplug or even remove the distributor to replace it.

You have checked for spark, Fuel Pressure, Injection pulse? Don't worry it will run. It was made by the General!

Are you referring to the blower NOT blowing air or it is blowing air but will not direct the flow to defrost?

Oil fumes? Gas fumes? Coolant Fumes? Need to know which to help you.

Erratic Speedometer action could be an internal transmission problem. Check the Instrument cluster, vehicle speed buffer and recheck the speed sensor, look at the drive gear inside.

Faulty speed sensor

You can basically use any ones that you want. They are only one wire. You may have to modify the plug, but it is the same type plug used on speakers. You may want to check them before you spend the money. Run 12 volts to the plug and ground the body. If they work, you have other problems. Most likely the plug and spring in the steering wheel.

check the fuel pressure and fuel volume you could have a bad fuel pump. also check the TPS, throttle position sensor, it could be worn.

Rebuild the transmission. No easy fix.

Well, you probably need a heater core. I it is a 93. Find a friend to do it, and buy a manual for it. The car is probably not worth, what you would pay a shop to do it for. But check prices...

YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE TEMP BLEND DOOR OR THE MOTOR. THESE USE A ELECTRIC ACTUATOR TO CONTROL TEMP AND THEY GO BAD FAIRLY OFTEN. GM ALSO HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE BLEND DOOR BREAKING INSIDE THE EVAP HOUSING
