1992 Buick Roadmaster no power to fuel pump. New fuel pump and changed the ecm ...please help
Theres a few more checks But i'm sure you checked the fuel pump fuse already ..Use a test light and check to see if the fuel pump relay is getting power from the supply and from the Ignition feed. should be a schematic on the underside of the relay..if no power from the feeds check for a blown or rotted fuseable link or a maxi fuse..good luck

My headlights come on but my taillights have just stop working. But when I press the brake they come on.What do I surpose to do?
Check your fuses first. In a '92 Roadmaster, they would be number 14 and 15, light blue 15A fuses. I am not sure about other years, but your owners manual should tell you. Otherwise it could be the headlight switch, or the Twilight Sentinel Module if your car has the option.
I had a similar problem a few months ago with my '92 Roadmaster Wagon. My problem was due to the Twilight Sentinel Module. If your parking lights do not come on (dash lights, too), but the headlights do when your Twilight Sentinel should turn them all on, try to use the rocker switch to turn on the lights. If the parking lights come on with the rocker switch, I believe you need a Twilight Sentinel Module. However, if you do not have a Twilight Sentinel Module, or your lights do not come on using the rocker switch, you may have a bad switch or faulty wiring. The Twilight Sentinel Module is located way up under the dash, to the right (passenger) side of the steering column where the column goes through the firewall. It looks like the one in the picture, and could be off white or gray, or perhaps a different color.

what does infl rest mean when it flash on the dash board
infl rest (Inflatable Restraint) is referring to the Air Bag. A code has been set for the air bag system. This is not a DIY repair. You need to have this looked into by a professional.

starter install 1992 buick roadmaster how to remove
Do you mean the starter-motor removal?
Disconnect the battery. Disconnect the red/positive battery cable from the starter. Trace the red/positive cable to where it ends (that's the starter), disconnect it from the solenoid. Use applicable socket wrench/flat-wrench to unbolt/remove the starter-motor. Installation is reverse of removal.

interchangeable car parts
You didn't really specify which parts, but many parts are interchangeable between the 1991-1996 B-body cars (and D-body, the Cadillac Fleetwood). The B-body cars were the Caprice and Roadmaster (Sedan and Wagons), Olds Custom Cruiser (only produced until 1992) and the Impala SS (1994-1996). They all share the same frame (D-body is slightly stretched) and most of the suspension parts are the same, or at least interchangeable. The interiors are different, but most things like seats and door panels would be interchangeable. The B-bodies started out with Chevy 5.0 Liter and 5.7 Liter TBI engines, later the L99 (4.3 Liter) and LT1 (5.7 Liter).

i changed the ignition control module, the pick up coil,& the spark plugs.wants to no i it has jump timing.how can i tell if it has jumped timing.is there any other module or any other thing i might need to change. Changed ingition coil, distributor cap and rotor, pick up module, all plugs and wires. All plugs are getting spark. Replaced fuel pump and line filter. Disconnected catalytic converter to make sure it wasn't plugged. The starter turns the engine over just fine, the starter is not the problem. It tries to ignite but seems like it's not getting enough gas. There is gas spraying out of the injectors. Was considering that it could be timing too or maybe some other control module that i'm not aware of. I can get the engine to run for a few seconds if I crank the engine 15 - 20 seconds (not really running - more like slowly chugging) but if I push the gas pedal at all it stalls right out.
i need help with the same problem
