All four windows stopped working at once
One of two things. First the master switch on the driver side died (unlikely) next, you lost power or ground to the switch. Wires break. Open the drivers door. Look to the front, you will see a rubber boot going from the car to the door. This is usually where the wires break. Just a note. When they break here, I solder a wire to the car side and run it into the door side, cut it in to the appropriate wire. trying to fix them in the jam is a real pain and doesn't last long.

Removing headlight
I've replaced both headlight bulbs in my 2007 E550. It is a true pain. The bulb is way inside a plastic housing that has a cap on it. You can probably feel the cap and the "handle" in the cap. It unscrews. Then the bulb is several inches inside the "tube." It took a couple of hours for me to install both bulbs. This was after the dealer did it and actually didn't get one of them seated properly. There's a short document you can get from the mbusa.com website called 07E_OM.pdf that should help.
