I have a 2005 ford mustang. it easily spins when i barely get on the gas pedal. what can i do?

it sounds like your tires are spinning when you accelerate quickly.Check the condition of your tires. check air pressure. It should be on the door or in your owners manuel, if this is not the problem check tire size with owners manuel. if none of the above is your problem look for a set of new tires made from a softer rubber with more gripping power if this was at all helpful please leave me good feedback.

If there is a tiny oil spot on the concrete by the oil filter what could cause this

possible residue from filter change,or the filter may be lose,if you can reach it try tightening it,it should only need to be hand tight. either that or when oil was added they may have spilt a drop.but more likely to be residue from filter change as when filter is changed i normally smear some oil around the new oil filter seal.

2005 Mustang Automatic Shifter

The solution is that you must purchase the complete shift housing because it is all one piece and you can't just replace part of it.The dealer told me this is about $250.00 U.S. and it can be replaced by an intermediate skilled tinkerer. For right now I just live with the inconvenience as I can pretty much guess what gear Im in.
