If you set your panic button off it will use juice from your battery to sound the horn and lights if you don't realize it is going off over a period of time it will drain your battery causing the car not to start

sound's as though the vehicle anti theft has kicked in ,was this directly after fitting battery or did the vehicle start and been driven and then this issue arose , if the latter then i'd get the alternator charge rate checked as may well have not recharged the battery when being driven and now the anti theft thinks as there is a drop in power the car is being stolen, contact a mitsubishi dealer for the reset procedure and then check the alternator is charging ok

I'm pretty sure that is a tire pressure warning light. You can find a key for this in the owners manual if you have it still.

Check for a blown fuse in fuse box under dash

Check fuse is ok . Cigarette lighters will not work unless the ignition is in the accessories position.

some vehicles set these codes when ignition is turned on but engine not running,but then goto a not pressent code(history code) or no code present, when engine is running. This may be the way the system works, which with genuine scanner it may show this but with some aftermarket scanners may only show that the code sets,not what its status is or if its gone, it remains displayed.So you could clear codes, engine not running, cycle ignition and if code comes back again without starting engine this is normal for this system (NO FAULT).If it only sets again when engine has run, is cam timming correct?teeth on reluctor wheel all o.k. bent or dammaged?or debris stuck to reluctor wheel?Earth circuit could be shared with both sensors is it ok? -repair wiring or bad earth.low Ohms reading test from sensor connector.Is power to sensor circuit uninterupted & ok? -repair wiring

Unless it is on the face of the radio or in the inside of the console the answer is no. Check your owners manual for details of other possible location like the center console
