1. clear channels by holding the 1 & 3 buttons down for 10 secs.
2. to program hold remote no more than 3" from console,press and hold remote button and button you want to program the message center will say channel training then channel trained release w/you see channel trained
3. you may have to push train button on garage door opener and repeat step 2
4. use step 3 only after 1&2 fail.

poss problem with thermostat not opening fully (faulty) if not might be blockage.

yes it is the resistor block and you located it by tracing the wire hooked to the blower back to the resistor

Your Hazard fuse is blown.
Hazard fuse has the instrument gauges on it in addition to the turn and brake lights.

When one of my brake lights went on my 07 Caravan it when short for a time and took out this fuse.

REMOVAL - 2.4L The EGR valve and Electrical EGR Transducer are serviced as an assembly.

1. Disconnect vacuum tube from electric EGR transducer. Inspect vacuum tube for damage.
2. Remove electrical connector from solenoid.
3. Remove EGR tube bolts from EGR valve.
4. Remove EGR valve from cylinder head adaptor.
5. Clean gasket surface and discard old gasket. Check for any signs of leakage or cracked surfaces. Repair or replace as necessary

INSTALLATION - 2.4L The EGR valve and Electrical EGR Transducer are serviced as an assembly.

1. Assemble EGR valve with new gasket onto the cylinder head adaptor.
2. Loose assemble the bolts from EGR valve to EGR tube.
3. Loose assemble the bolts from EGR valve to cylinder head.
4. Tighten bolts from EGR valve to cylinder head to 22.8 N·m (200 ±25 in. lbs.) torque.
5. Tighten bolts from EGR valve to EGR tube to 11.9 N·m (105 ±20 in. lbs.) torque.
6. Reconnect vacuum hose and electrical connector to electrical EGR transducer.

can you explain these cracking noise? where did it comes from, what speed did it occur at? etc.

This is for 201 cubic inch--3.3L engine--engine code R. 1st step 45 ft lbs 2nd step 65 ft lbs 3rd step 65 ft lbs 4th step do not use torque wrench but turn 90 degrees Bolt torque after 90 degree turn should be over 90 ft lbs, if not replace bolt.

the ground wire will be attached to the frame normally on the passenger side inner rail it looks like a flat wire abiut 1 inch wide right under the passenger seat on the rail
