Rust build up in the crank shaft
I'm not sure you understand what the crank shaft is. It is an internal rotating part of the engine. Although it could possibly rust, it would be very difficult to see without disassembling the engine completely. In addition, it is normally covered with a fine coat of oil, so it would not rust unless all the oil was removed and the engine sat for a number of weeks. If you could provide more information, we could probably diagnose your problem. However, rust in and of itself is not a problem and should not prevent a car from running.
Emergency break pedal on floor
it could be the emergancy brake cable or something on the pedal broke off that held the cable to the pedal. if the pedal is broken, go to the dealer and get a new one ordered, if its the cable, they are horrible to replace so just send it to someone. you will have a heck of a time doing it yourself.
Have a 2006 chevy Uplander
I have a 2006 chevy uplander that had an abs light coming on so i took it to my local GM dealer to have it diagnosed and they had told me that the hub and bearing assembly needed to be changed, so i changed it and the light still came on. Upon further investigation i came to discover that the abs wires were frayed in two locations and that the connecters were loose i tightened the connecters and replaced the wires and now my abs light does not come on. I also discovered that i did not need a new hub and bearing assembly after all.
