Question edited for clarity and add maker. Question moved to model category. The window most likely came unglued from the window track. You need to remove the door panel and look at the point where the window mounts to the regulator. If it is off there you can reglue it. Feb 20, 2011

2. Turn the key once, but not all the way to unlock the door. Leave the key in this position for 40-60 seconds. ...

Those trucks have multi-function switches mounted on the steering column that go bad all the time. More likely than not, that's your culprit.

Does the system have dual controls ? One set for driver and the other for the passenger. Sounds like a dual control system- if it is then there is a problem with the controller.

Have you checked that your battery and ground connections are clean and tight? How about fuses and relays?

Did you look under it, at the bottom of the radiator for an allen hex plug -- possibly You know it is on the bottom,so why remove any plastic covers on top,can't hardly work on that vehicle anyway, it's so big & high up You may have to remove bottom covers, to access the radiator Did you try googling a picture? I would leave the novice part out, as you should be able to figure it out, given your experience If you go to a parts site,you can see all sides of the radiator Need to do your research, days before your going out to work on vehicles

Replace/check plugs wires and coils. Helps to use a spark plug tester to isolate a misfire. Next check/clean/ and replace maf sensor, idle control valve, and egr tube/valve.
