Location of r f crash sensor on 2005 mustang
Many Fords don't have crash sensors up front, they opted to incorporate the sensors into the control module. Check with Ford to be sure. I hope this helps. Take care. If you have more questions for me use testimonial. Thanks
Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 2005 mustang gt?
Does not use a flasher , controlled by SJB - smart junction box , module - computer etc...
Turn Signal and Hazard Lamps
All turn signal outputs are controlled by the SJB. The multifunction switch and the hazard switch are hard-wired to the SJB. When the multifunction switch is in the left or right turn position, or the hazard switch is engaged, the SJB processes this information and outputs the appropriate command to the turn signal and hazard lamps. All turn signal lamps provide a lamp outage indication.
Rather then trying to guess your way to a repair , Take it to a qualified repair shop. Could have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's stored that point in the correct diagnostic path .
Inspection and Verification
- Verify the customer concern.
- Visually inspect the following for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.
Visual Inspection Chart
Mechanical
Electrical
- Multifunction switch
- Hazard switch
- Circuitry
- Bulbs
- Smart junction box (SJB)
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
- If the cause is not visually evident, connect the diagnostic tool to the data link connector (DLC) and select the vehicle to be tested from the diagnostic tool menu. If the diagnostic tool does not communicate with the vehicle:
- check that the program card is correctly installed.
- check the connections to the vehicle.
- check the ignition switch position.
- If the diagnostic tool still does not communicate with the vehicle, refer to the diagnostic tool operating manual.
- Carry out the diagnostic tool data link test. If the diagnostic tool responds with:
- CAN circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, refer to Section 418-00 .
- No response/not equipped for SJB, refer to Section 419-10 .
- System passed, retrieve and record the continuous diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), erase the continuous DTCs and carry out the self-test diagnostics for the SJB.
- If the DTCs retrieved are related to the concern, go to the Smart Junction Box (SJB) Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index.
- If no DTCs related to the concern are retrieved, GO to Symptom Chart .

How to remove a ignition
Disconnect your negative battery terminal, then remove the plastic from around the steering column (3 screws), then turn the the ignition lock cylinder to run position, then directly down from the lock cylinder is the ignition switch, remove the two security screws and unplug the old ignition, plug in the new ignition switch, install the security screws, put plastic back on column. Put negative cable back on, DONE.
94 mustang 5.0 run to min then cut off.fuel pump work find, replace coil still will not run. what could be worng?
no idea without a look and threaten it with my magic hammer but in all seriousness on the fuel rail is pressure regulator although its often called a fuel dampener if this is faulty a fault like you describe can occur.Best advice i can offer from afar is to ask a local mechanic to have a look for you ,sorry this is not a magic fixya quick type answer but as stated without vehicle in front of me this is one of them faults that could need a bit more investigating .
Where is the fuel pressure sensor located o 2003 mustang
There are 2 one is on the fuel rail on top of the manifold where the injectors are the other is on top of the gas tank if your having problems filling the gas tank it's this one if your car's not starting it's the fuel rail 4.6?maybe go to
