2007 Ford Mustang GT California Special Convertible - Page 5 Questions & Answers
I have an 07 Mustang GT. When you open the door,
The window lowering and raising as you open and close the door is normal, it is designed that way to prevent damage to the weather stripping that seals the door glass to the body. The computer controls this action and is activated by the door switch. If the problem is only with the driver door then I would suspect a switch. If the problem is with both doors then I would suspect a computer glitch. Either way I would reccommend taking the vehicle back to the dealer to have it checked out and repaired. Is the car still under warranty?

Cant remove the terminal on the left so i could
First of all make sure that the right bolt is loose enough and then take a flat head screw driver and pry it off. You may break the terminal depending on how corroded so be prepared to replaise that as well.
Also try taking a hammer and lightly knock it back and forth.
Before doing all of this please make sure that you have the negative terminal completely off of the battery and never pull it be the cable because that will increase your chances or destroying the contacts for that cable.
Good Luck bud!

Power Window Issue
Not sure if you tried this already but it may help. There is a way to reset the windows. I do this every so often when mine won't close all the way.
Close the doors. Roll the windows all the way down. Then pull the button to roll them up and once they go up hold the button up for a few seconds (5 secs?) and they should go up a little bit. Do this for each side.
I do this every time I sense too much wind noise when driving.

ACCELERATOR MALFUNCTION
Try cleaning the throttle body butterfly with TB Cleaner.
STP makes a good one.
If it doesn't help - you have a problem with the TBW (throttle by wire)system.
There is a Controller called a ETC (Electric Throttle Controller).
It is a dealer-only part and VERY expensive.
Do a cursory inspection of the floormats first - sometimes they like to bunch up and make the pedal stick.
:D
Thanks for using FixYa - please accept this answer to remove it from the work queue.

I assume this happens only when the engine is cold. I would think it would be your idle control sensor. Let it warm up good before you go, and see what happens. You'll probably have to change it.
