07 Tahoe - L/S Parking light fuse keeps blowing when tailgate is opened
HI,
You have a 'short to ground' wiring issue. Either the switch that is activated by opening the gate or the wiring in the gate itself is damaged/broken.
I'd remove the switch 1st and see if the fuse doesn't blow. IF it does by a new one on Ebay or @ the dealer.
otherwise, get a multi-meter and a wiring diagram for your Tahoe and trace the wiring from the switch.

Liftgate door ajar warning light
Have someone stand at liftgate and press the switch in. If the warning goes off, then your switch just needs adjusting or the small flat block that acts like your partners finger is missing or misaligned. The door hinge pins should not be a problem unless there is damage to the area or a teenager was using the door as a tarzan swing. The BCM is a possibility (rare), but it is much more likely a contact problem behind the switch - ie. a loose connection, chaffed wire or short. Good luck.
Headlight burned out
pop the hood and you should see, directly behind each headlight assembly, 2 metal rods( they are L shaped). Remove them by pulling straight up, then the whole headlight assembly will come out by pulling forward, away from the motor. Then all you need to do is disconect the wiring harness for each bulb on that side. They will have little tabs, and loops. now remove the bulbs by twisting them until the splines on the bulb receptacle lineup with the outer assembly. Replace bulb and reverse the process.
Left door power is out
i'd say broken wire, seems a little new, but wires do tend to break inside or close to the door hinges, because they are always getting bent when the door opens and closes.. odd in a newer vehicle but the place to start
Chevy tahoe
This is odd, I suspect that the connection at either the shifter or at the actual transmission is stuck on, allowing 12V to always be sent to the reverse lights. I don't know the specific model, but the connection is either in the shifter assembly (PRND321) or on the transmission where the cable meets the casing. Grease and particles could be built up causing the circuit to be closed all the time.
07 Tahoe only has 1st and 3rd gears.
2nd and 4th gear band is not applying. Possibly worn out. It comes on in 2nd and Overdrive. If this is the case, transmission will have to be overhauled.
How to change headlight
take the assembly ou . turn the holder and take it out . put in a new bulb . reverse to reassemble
