Power top goes down but not all the way
There should be a limit switch that shuts off the motor at a certain point when the top goes down. It is a magnetic reed switch, so it may be a situation of how the magnet is mounted on the forward edge of the top, in which case like a road map- it has to fold a certain way, or it just does not fold correctly. However if it closes to the windshield just fine, check to make sure the bracket for the rear sensor is not simply bent.

Have you had the electinic engine control system tested for fault codes, do that first, if no codes are stored have the ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor tested for proper valve cold engine and the fuel pressure tested as well

IF YOU HAVE FOG LIGHTS DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS FROM THE FOG LIGHTS AND REMOVE THE FOG LAMP MOUNTING SCREWS BEFORE DETACHING THE GRILLE.WHEN YOU INSTALL GRILLE PLACE GRILLE IN POSITION AND SEAT THE CLIPS INTO HOLES IN THE BUMPER COVER. IF YOU HAVE FOG LAMPS INSTALL GRILLE IN POSITION THE INSTALL FOG LAMPS MOUNTING SCREWS BACK IN PLACE TO HOLD GRILLE IN POSITION.

If the head rest is'nt all the way down you sometimes can work a stift prob like a medal finger nail file next to thepost and release the catch once released and pushing the button and pulling up on the headrest you might be able to unstick it as this proceture may take alot of force.
