Have you by any chance added any LED bulbs to it anywhere? Climate Control and lighting is controlled by the BCM (body control module), and strange anomalies can happen if none OEM LED replacement bulbs are added to the system. The computer network doesn't understand the feedback caused by LED Control Modules.

There's a harness that runs from the rear body into the hatch, through a rubber tube. These wires break with age and movement.
Remove the hatch brake light and verify that the unit is getting +12v when the brake pedal is pressed. If so, connect +12v + Ground to the brake light directly, and see if it works. If not, you have a ground issue (usually corrosion) the brake light. Look for the ground connection in the hatch harness.
Repairing the hatch harness is doable, and easier than replacing the whole harness.
po768 is shift solenoid "d" control wire open or shorted. p0700 is a generic code that the transmission send to the ecm and is not relivant at all. to fix the first code p0768 you will need to know if the wire is broken or damaged from the solenoid to the computer the solenoid is inside the transmission and the computer is under the dash board infront of the steering wheel. here is the procedure you need to take to diagnose it.
You need to check your car manual, then look up fuse replacement, which will show you the locality of where the fuse is located and what amp it is. I.e. "15, 20"
Tribeca vacuum pump is prone to impeller failure, plastic simply cracks. Remove the pump and test it with 12volts. If it spins and draws vacuum, that is not your problem. If it works then you have to have a mechanic inspect your pressure sensor.
