Hi Carol , your going to have to remove the headlamp assembly to replace the bulb ! Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement. 1 Headlamp Bulb Accessory Covers (Qty: 2) 2 Headlamp Bulb Assembly (High Beam) Caution: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in the Preface section. Was the Evap System Component tested & found based on diagnosing codes,that you have any failed parts ? You only replace tested system parts that fail Under the hood,vacuum lines come from fuel tank & go to the intake,has a green cap on it You can not go to inspection until you drive the car with a scan tool & all Emission Monitors run or you will fail

Ck your wiring going to that wheel/brake that over heated i have a feeling the the wheel speed sensor and or wiring to the sensor was also damaged possible melted

So disconnecting the battery seems the only way.or pull the driveline so the key doesn't need to be on.

the lock actuator may have failed remove the inner panel and see if theres power going to the actuator

There may be about four of them, two for the intake, bank 1 and bank 2. Two for exhaust, bank 1 and bank 2. Hopefully the trouble code will tell you which one? If you could post the code number, we may be able to be more specific?
