There is a lot of types of starting fluid. Some is kind of safe....kind of!! Most will destroy your engine!! If you are using starting fluid on a Saturn, you really need to stop. Your fuel pressure could be incorrect. The fuel pump relay could be bad, or a fuse. Your fuel pump may be going out. Listen to your fuel pump when you turn the key to the "run" position before turning the starter over. You shoulh hear a 2 second buzz from the fuel pump. If you don't hear this , you have a fuel pump issue.

The only way is taking the control to one locksmith with the programmer machine or take to the dealer because can't be programmed by ourself

It's under the dash, passenger side. Remove the glove box door, glove box, disconnect the BCM from the glove box, look waaaaay under the dash ,almost center, up against the firewall ,for a 2 wire line that plugs into a white plastic part that has two bolts holding it in place. That's the resistor. . Why do you believe that is what is causing a problem? Please let me know what is going on, I have replaced this on my car, it was extremely difficult, and wasn't the problem at all.

Chances are the sensor was not the problem. It could be in the wiring or something else depending on the trouble code.

the stuff describe most likely from the anti boil -anti freeze mixture that has become ineffective for not being changed regularly and not up to percentage to do the job. It allows the aluminium parts of the car to corrode and what you see is the end result . It will deposit in the cores of the radiator and block them up resulting in a replacement radiator . You can expect corroded aluminium parts from all areas of the motor.

I'm assuming this is 1.9 litre engine. The sensor is located on the Back side of the engine, (firewall side). It is mounted under the intake manifold at the transmission end of the engine block.
