pull # 1 spark plug. turn to crank timing mark , insert screw driver in hole if goes in deep and doesnt hit piston, turn to mark again this is top dead center if marks dont line up with piston movement timing has jumped.

Could also be an injector or vac leak.The code means the cylinder did not fire and there was a drop in RPM not that the spark plug did not actually fire.

These are codes for misfires on #1,#2, and random cylinders.A cylinder will also misfire from the injectors as well as the spark side. If this is a v-6, check for camshaft position sensors.

It can only be a few things Gail. Fuse is the first thing to check. Then check the switch for power and continuity. You have changed the resistor, so we assume the new resistor is good. The only thing left is the blower motor itself. Remove it and add 12 volts to it.

Set the blower control on high with max a/c then try to tap on the blower motor and if it run or starts and stops replace the motor.
