This issue might be a faulty lock mechanism on one door so the other doors might unlock and the faulty one will stay locked. Replace the battery in the fob. A weak fob battery can also cause random issues with locking and starting and the batteries are usually cheap to buy. Next check the fuses for the Door Locks.
