Dome lights don't come on & trunk light will not come on either in my 2010 ford fusion.#25 fuse is for these lights, but it is blown, and when I replace it, it blows again.

Good morning Cletis When the fuse blows again, is it as soon as you turn on the power to the car in general, or when you do something like open the trunk or a door that will turn one of those lights on? Might be harder to tell since those lights often come on even with the car turned off, though you can probably turn them off with local switches. At any rate, if it only happens when the car is turned on, then it's likely something on the ground side of things. If it's only when the lights turn on, then there is likely a short in the electrical loop(s) for the lights that is dropping to ground when the circuit is completed. If the lights are good, to they come on at all, even for a moment, before the fuse blows? If so, are they normal brightness, or dim? If they are dim or not on at all, it's probably a short. Best bet then is to work backwards from the light fixtures. Sometimes insulation can degrade, or get nicked by something during service or maintenance, leading to the short. If it's not close to the lights, it may get trickier since the wires inevitably are funneled through the car frame, requiring panels to be removed to get at all of it. If you have access to a voltmeter, you can also check whether the hot lead to the socket is connecting to ground (do this with the car off, bulb out, switch turned off for the light. It should be open circuit with the switch off. if you connect to ground anyhow, then the hot lead side is shorted somewhere. Hoping this helps, and good luck!

How do I fix the 2010 windshield fluid to pump?

The Pump is actually in the reservoir on the Outside., First make sure it Reservoir has fluid, the next thing you would want to do is activate the pump and listen to see if the Pump is working (with the Key On but engine off). If you do not hear the Pump, then first check the connector and then the Fuse. If the Pump actually makes a noise, look for a break in your service line (you may find a blue puddle under your car). If there is Power getting to the Pump but the Pump is not working, then you would need to replace the pump.

2007 ford fusion with a ticking or knocking noise only with acceleration and when it's warmed up. When it's cold i don't hear it. One guy told me it's just part of the engine gettingvold and to try pu

Ticking or knocking sounds during acceleration CAN be oil-related, but unless your car has extremely high mileage, it is doubtful. A more realistic possibility is that the fuel you are using may be at too low an octane and you are getting what is known as "octane ping". Some cheaper gasoline vendors will try to get by on this from time to time. Try changing the brand of fuel you are using, or maybe put some mid-grade in the tank rather than regular. If the problem goes away, you've found your culprit.

Where is the evaporative emission vent control valve located on a 16 ford fusion with the 2 liter turbo engine

I'm going to assume for simplicity's sake that you're talking about the evap canister purge solenoid, I've heard it called the vent control valve several times before, but technically we call it the evaporative canister purge solenoid, and it's located right in the center of the engine compartment at the back right next to the throttle body. The valve is held on with two 8-millimeter hex head bolts that need to be removed when replacing it. Next, unplug the electrical connector at the top of it, lift up on the tab and then pull out on the connector. Now You have to disconnect the vacuum line going in at the bottom of it. Take a flat blade screwdriver and push it in a little bit on one of the tabs on the side and then pull the hose off. There is an o-ring on the bottom of the valve they can stick a little, just wiggle it while pulling up to remove it.
