Shock or spring
the front suspension on your vehicle will have struts, you should not attempt to replace these without special tools and a hoist. the rear probably has a standard shock, if so, these can be easily replaced but you will still have to support the vehicle on a lift. simply unbolt them from the top and bottom and reinstall the new ones and torque them

I have the code PO401 AND PO402 codes on my 2002 focus, any suggestions?
PO401: EGR insufficient flow detectedPO402: EGR excessive flow detectedA code P0402 most likely means one or more of the following has
happened:The DPFE (differential pressure) sensor is faulty and needs to
be replaced There is a blockage in the EGR (most likely carbon buildup)
The EGR valve is faulty The EGR valve may not be opening due to a lack
of vaccuum

Ford code P0760
The code is for shift solenoid, this can include the fuse and relay which should be in the power distribution block under the hood. it may also be debris in one of the passages behind one of the solenoids. There may also be a ruptured/damaged seal to the overdrive clutch pack as well. Road test with pressure gauge and see what the pressure does at each shift point.

2011. Why does pressing AUX button connect to FM radio?
It is broken and it is not a simple fix. The simpleist you can get is pulling the fuse to it for 24 hours in the hope it might reset.
Unless someone has connected an FM Radio aftermarket to the Auxilliary Input lead.
Or if it is Bluetooth enabled and you have a phone, is it playing your phone playlist? That happens to me.
