I have a Ford Bantam 1.3 bakkie and the clutch fluid is running / leaking into the vehicle itself. How do we replace?

it will be a blown fuse check owners manual or locate fuse box in car and check for blown fuse

is it the gearbox or throttle body

In most of the cases fan relay is in the blower casing and it controls the speed of the fan and if defective, fan won't work. Check on sides of the blower housing under the dash and you will see blower wires connected through this relay/controller.

hi.it sounds like batery but if you tested battery and its ok.it leaves you with ignition switch or statermotor

Not sure whether you're running an automatic or manual trans, but, If you're jerking or maybe pulsing when you touch your brake pedal it could be you have warped rotors. If it's an automatic then your trans could be slipping, if it's a manual trans then your clutch could be slipping or your throw-out bearing may not be letting the clutch plate disengage all the way.

If you mean the seal where the CV shaft enters the differential, remove CV shaft, carefully pry out old seal, clean up and install new one being careful to get get it in straight, and lube the seal inner lip, then reinstall CV. If some other seal, same basic procedure.

Now a days, timing chains are usually good for the life of the engine. However, timing belts are usually recommended between 60,000 and 100,000 miles. It will be good to know if your engine is "interfering" or "non-interfering". That means, if the belt breaks, will it destroy the engine (interfering) or not (non-interfering).
