1. the gas cap was loose or bad !!!
2. theN the driver did not know it takes 30 driving cycles to clear the CEL lamp. OOPS 30? OBD2 DOES THAT. PER SERVICE MANUAL RULES, IF YOU READ THEM.
3. the fuse did not blow, or you'd have not asked where it is, I get that.!

99% of the time the cap was just loose or bad my car the 1% time, the purge solenoid stuck and my walmart silicon spray'd there (INSIDE IT) ended FAILURE for 50,000 more miles. learn to buy AND USE a scan tool (borrow, rent ,buy) tighten the cap again scan the pCM see the cel lamp reasons./ push reset on the toll (CEL goes off if lucky and not 100 other DTC errors set) and drive 3 times or more and the CEL stays off. the other resets are(NO SCAN TOOL,. REALLY?) 1: PULL BATTERY LUG FOR 15MIN AND PUT BACK OOPS RADIO GOES DEAD. dang 2: PULL ALL IOD FUSES. THE PCM MEMORY FUSE ONLY. Ecm F29 IS IT(MEM) (PCM) 10AMPS ALL DTCS NOW GONE, STORED. THE DATA FELL; INTO THE BIT BUCKET AS THEY SAY IF ALL TESTS AND WILD GUESSING REPLACING ALL EVAP; VALVES. THEN COMES THE SMOKE MACHINE TESTS. TO FIND THE LEAK THIS IS AND EPA MANDATED MONITOR IN USA. FOR SURE. THE 2 FUSES FOR BOTH EVAP VALVES ARE HERE.

Go to www.obd-codes.com and look these up.

Check the Mega Fuse right next to the battery. Open the fuse box, it's right there towards the battery black and about 2-3 inches long. It screws onto 2 metal terminals in the very front of the fuse box. Someone MAY have tried to jump start using one of the megafuse terminals, which is a no no. To check the fuse, need a volt ohm meter. Need to check continuity.

did you remember to tighten the torque convertor bolts.

Look on the fuse box diagram it should tell ya

I would check for 12 volts right where the motor plugs in. If the wires are purple and black, check the purple one for 12 volts with the fan on high. Fuse should be in the underhood fuse block if you have no power at the motor.

Its most likely the multifunction switch (the turn signal switch.)

it should say on the cover lid for the fuses ,what each one is/.if not go on line and look up fuse box diagram.

I think I know your issue.. it is common in some of the gm cars. the security system fails. I had a regal this happened to.. I did my research and found a module that u can install yourself and it is a lasting fix.. hope this helps ya

your problem could also be the relay ..mine did the same thing was the relay in engine fusebox

check your tailight and turn signal bulbs, if one is faulty it can cause feedback into other areas of the car and cause all kinds of weird gremlins. I once had a bulb where the elements were touching but not burnt out. Dash lights blinked when I put on the turn signal.

No Crank or No Start

Raise and support vehicle, remove left front wheel, separate left front spindle and remove axle nut, remove left front axle, now you can get to axle seal. Replace seal and reinstall front end.
