Metric socket set. Extensions. Ratchet. Hose clamp removal pliers. Transmission line disconnect tool.

Pretty hard to do without flush equipment because the heater hoses are metal. Can't tap into them easily.

When the hood is up and you are looking at the engine it is always in my experience on the firewall (under the windshield) towards the right side. The cap will say something like dot 3 or dot 4 brake fluid on it and the brake fluid reservoir will be translucent so you can see the fluid level through it.

Sorry, but gotta have the dealer do it. They hook up a machine that matches the radio with the car info. so if it gets stolen it won't work in another car.

What year is it ?

There is excess pressure in the sump, which means most likely it has worn piston rings. Get a compression test done on it to see this.

Defective ignition starter switch

It appears to be located in thermostat housing. Two wire connector, wire colors tan and yellow.

The two pin bolts that hold the caliper? My info says 25 ft lbs.

The ECM commands the fan on under the following conditions: • Engine coolant temperature exceeds approximately 106°C (223°F). • A/C refrigerant pressure exceeds 1302 kPa (189 psi). • A/C is requested and vehicle speed is below 100 km/h (62 mph) with A/C pressure above 1413 kPa (205 psi). • AF23-5 Transmission fluid temperature exceeds 130°C (266°F). • VT25-E Transmission fluid temperature exceeds 140°C (284°F). • When the engine coolant temperature exceeds 125°C (257°F) at key off, the fan will run for up to 108 seconds.

Won't open with key ? switch inside or fob either ?

It sounds like the parking brake cable had jammed and possibly broke. I would lift the rear of the vehicle in the air and try rotating a tire. If it does not move at all the brakes are locked and need to replace emergency brake cable.
