Depending on the vehicle the oil light could be many things that have little to do with the oil pressure. There are sensors all over your vehicle checking for O2. I would suggest you have it hooked up to a computer to determine what is causing the light to trip.

The first two have two relays in the under hood fuse box ,the last one uses three relays . all located in the under hood fuse box
It is possible that one of the door lock actuators is failing and it is not locking completely and the system is trying to continue to lock it. Check to see if the stuttering noise is coming from only one door. If so then it most likely is the actuator in that door.
Anti theft mode did the battery cables get disconnected or are they corroded if so the power was lost and came back but the alarm sounded or just the power loss put the car in theft mode clean the battery cables with alcohol and a rag then reconnect them when the alarm sounds use you remote control to stop it and then start the car
