2011 GMC Terrain turn signals and brake lights don't work
The BCM - body control module turns on this lamps , the BCM has fuse's that supply battery voltage to it . The brake pedal position sensor is a input to the BCM ,as is the turn signal switch . The odds of this being a fuse are astronomical . Having a qualified repair shop that has a professional type scan tool ,one that can read code's in the BCM ,would be the first place to start . Could save hours of diagnostic time . Rather then looking at all the fuses in all fuse boxes . But if you like too , look here

2011 gmc terrain power seat wont recline up
All of the functions on the seat are controlled by "one" fuse. Forward, back, up, down and recline, If one is inop. The whole seat bottom needs to be replaced. Now if you hear an audible bump noise when you rapidly flip the recline switch back and forth, you may be able to free it up by working it and see if that helps to free it up for sometime. When those motors sit in one position day after day month after month without being moved, they tend to "stick" but if you can't get it to free. The bottom of the seat will need to be replaced. Those are not cheap by no means and it would be a good idea to let a professional do it unless you are up to figuring out where all the brackets and nuts and bolts go and the proper wire routing because it is very tedious work. Not trying to scare you from doing the job but just stating a fact. But I hope you get the issue corrected. Jesus loves you, John 3:16-17 (KJV) :o)

No power to my gmc and now the key wont come out of the ignition?
It has to have power to remove the key. Jump it with another battery or charger. If you have power from the battery and no power to the inside. Check main fuses under the hood. If those are good, put power to the cigarette light, This will get the key out. Most likely have to replace the under hood fuse panel.
Replace washer fluid reservoir
Usually remove the tire, remove the inner fender well, remove the bottom splash guard. This gives you access to the reservoir. Before you take it out, fill it with water. Make sure it is the reservoir and not a rubber seal around the pump. Yours is to new to be a reservoir. But it happens.

Is it too cold at 0 degrees to figure out the real problem?
There may be water in the gas tank. If there is, then a complete fuel system flush is in order and replace the fuel filter. Make sure the engine is warmed up some before you try to start it. Oil doesn't move well inside the engine at that temperature. A block heater and a battery heater , if you don't already have them , should be used.
