Service advance trac light on & car won't start
Similar issue on my 2013 taurus. Died on me one day and wouldn't even crank. Advancetrac Service, 911 assist unavailable, sometimes braking system faults and just about every light on the dash illuminated. No codes. The problem was the Run/Start relay (Start/Run??). Swapped it with the windshield wiper relay to verify. Car started but the wipers didn't work. Replaced the Relay for $25 from AutoZone.

It could be the speaker that alerts you when you back up. If it is going bad, you will get a cross traffic system fault. A replacement speaker will cost you $20 or less and a half an hour of your time if you are handy. (It is possible the fault could be caused by something else, but my speaker was making a screeching sound for several weeks, then stopped working altogether. After reading several forums and blogs, I felt confident the speaker was my issue.)I have a 2010 Milan with the Sony speakers. I read about taking out the seat to access the speaker, but did not want to do that. found several sites that said one could go in from the top, so that's what I did. The speaker is on the driver's side.The speaker grill is made of plastic and has tabs down the sides. I used a long, thin flat screwdriver to pop it out. You may not get it back on perfectly when you are done. If that's important to you, then you may want to remove the seat instead. You can also use double-sided tape to hold it in.After removing the grill, I removed the stereo speaker. I used a 7mm socket wrench. The backup speaker is to the right (toward the outside of the car) under the deck. I went into the trunk and pushed out the push pins to remove the speaker. See this site for good pictures: https://imgur.com/gallery/NCr3wAfter removing the speaker from its moorings, remove the connector by using a small flat screwdriver to push on the part of the connector showing through where it connects to the speaker.The replacement speaker came with tape. I found that easier than using the push pins again. I would use double-sided tape if it did not come with it.The stereo speaker went back in rather easily, then the grill, which is not perfect, but again, I did not have to remove any seats.

The electric power steering system provides power steering assist to the driver by replacing the conventional hydraulic valve system with an electric motor coupled to the steering gear. The motor is controlled by an electronic control unit that senses the steering effort through the use of a torque sensor mounted between the steering column shaft and the steering gear. Steering assist is provided in proportion to the steering input effort and vehicle speed.
your best bet would be to have the ford dealer check it out !

I hate to say it but it was a bad guess on their part.Now U have to keep pushing it until they get it right. You may have needed the pump but it was a misdiagnosis on their end.It sounds like a cooling system problem which is causing the electronic problem. The best advice I can give you is to stand your ground and act like a demanding (but professional) consumer until they get it right. Take it to MGMT! Ive seen it a million times, Make it clear the reason you brought the car in was for THE LIGHT ON THE DASH, NOT JUST FOR A WATER PUMP!

Door handle repair for Ford fusion
The door handle will not allow unlocking from the inside. This is a common problem with the Ford Fusion 2007 to 2012 and other cars. A cheap piece of plastic breaks that connects the lock lever with the door handle. You can roll down the window and unlock from the outside or hold both levers together and pull open from the inside. Dorman 81702 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Interior Front Driver Side Replacement Door Handle. I popped off the lid that covers a hidden screw inside the recess of the door handle. You have to use a
torque bit to unscrew the screw. I then unscrewed the torque screw holding the upper part of the door panel that is opposite the door hinge. The upper part of the door panel can be be carefully pulled away with moderate pressure allowing access to the door handle mechanism. One more bolt holds the door handle part in place. Pull out the broken door handle part, remove the locking cable and put in the new part. Reverse the process to finish up. The whole process took about 10 minutes.

From cold, run engine without the coolant cap on, have heater control switch on hot, let the system heat up, be careful it may pump out some coolant till the thermostat opens, when the thermostat opens the water level will drop, check if heat is getting into the car, top up to max level and replace the coolant cap. Check coolant level later, when the engine has cooled down, top up required. DON'T REMOVE CAP WHEN ENGINE IS HOT
