If the battery in your car is three to five years old and the car is not frequently run then I suggest you try charging the battery to see if that fixes the problem. You will likely have to replace the battery. Newer cars that have computers are very sensitive to battery voltage.

Leaving a modern vehicle parked for a month will almost totally discharge the battery. Trying to charge a dead battery by driving can cause these symptoms. Charge it with a battery charger and then have both the battery and your charging system tested. You probably need a new battery. Average battery life is just 4-5 years.

More then likely , Has a DTC - diagnostic trouble code or codes stored . Do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop .

Can you check for hvac trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto store will check some codes, for free. I don't know if they can check hvac trouble codes? Note the diagram, the mode door actuator could have a problem? You can see the wiring circuits. I'd want to check those circuits before saying the actuator is faulty. The radio/hvac control sends data to hvac control module and that module reacts accordingly.

The black sludge on bottom of engine is burnt oil. Scrape it off and see if it builds up again. Could have a leaking oil pan gasket. I would change oil and have a engine cleaner used to remove engine sludge. I believe engine runs rough when cold is because of sludge buildup and when it gets warm the oil moves more freely

did the doors normally lock when you started driving and unlock when you parked. (automatic feature) If so, this could be an issue with the shifter linkage and during a normal drive, it could think you have parked, or just started driving. I would get this addressed my a local mechanic quickly for safety reasons.

Where is top or bottom?

Check and see if the backup lights work, if the lights don't come on then the camera doesn't get signaled to come on.

Did you put deisil in it?

What year? which engine? how many miles? any Check Engine Light or Error codes from the OBD?
