2004 Chevy avalanche will not shut off

If it's a diesel, the electric fuel shut off solenoid on the pump is stuck or not working, replace the solenoid. Hope that helps

Reduced engine power

LIMP IN MODE re-set your pcm if it re-occurs you may have a transmission slippage issue or a faulty shift selonoid in transmission. with stabilty control feature on some models a bad wheel speed sensor or hub bearing can cause the same but usually accompanied with ABS light

Alternator fuse

Alternator fuse location

Either a blend door or servo motor malfunction . Blend door can be blocked in a certain position.Servo motor that controls the blend door can be bad.
