You don't. Your ECU (computer) controls its timing. You might look into a computer chip to reflash your ECU if you are looking for more performance. I have a friend who just installed one on his Subaru WRX and picked up more than 35 hp!

Most car windshield wiper arms require a special tool. However, I have removed mine using a long screw drive to pry up the arm. Its all done with force, however be careful not to pry against the glass or the windshield would break. The safe bet is to get the special tool. Most Autozone type of stores have them.

Probably lost freon and now it won't cool. The system needs to be vacuum and pressure tested to find the leak and fix. It could be a seal on the compressor or a leak in a hose or condenser. You should see some oil leaking from the system where the leak is.

Freon is not at the proper amount so the high and low pressures are not right. Thus, you get warm air at idle and cool air at higher rps when driving.

1995 should have a chip key with a chip in the shaft of the key, These are notorious for the small wire that goes from the chip reader, inside of the lock cylinder to the main harness at the base of the column, breaking. You can either replace the lock cylinder and have the new one re-pinned to your factory key, or bypass the pass lock system.
