That is a lot of money spent on guesses. Nothing in that list of items you replaced would cause that, with the possible exception of the TCM (transmission control module) if that was the computer you changed? If the vehicle is running, it can't be the 'fuel pump, the fuel filter, all 4 coil packs, the spark plugs, or ignition switch'. Those are all involved with the car running and starting, and it does that, so why change them?
Your vehicle is fully electronic and run by at least 3 main computers on a network. An auto electrician with a professional grade scan tool computer can scan the vehicle and diagnose all the systems in 20 to 30 minutes. It can even record what happens when the vehicle goes into gear. Diagnosis beats guesses every time and is far cheaper.

This a video from yesterday that is the Legend of car repair, Scotty Kilmer. He shows a scan tool on a Ford Focus RS. It will give you an idea of a fraction of what they can do.
..
can you tell if it had battery? That would be for the remote aspect of it. but normally it should still work even missing that as far as the car is concerned
first the first digit must start with the number 1,or 4 of your 17 digit number for this to work.so fit your chip key in your ignition.
1, insert the key in your ignition turn the key to on for 10 min 30 seconds
2, within 45 seconds turn the key to off then back on for 10 min 30 seconds
3, within 45 seconds turn the key to off ,then back on for 10 min 30 seconds then back on for 10 min 30 seconds.
then after 10 min 30 seconds turn off then on .then start the engine.
From the op manual and having done it myself......"the fuse block is located under the instrument panel on the driver side of the vehicle."
Fuse # 7 is for the cig lighter and accessory power outlet.
