Hello. The best thing to do is use some WD40 spray. Spray it good and let it sook in for a while. Then try to unlock it and lock it a few times. If it works good and normal, spray it again just to keep it oiled. Good Luck.

GM usually puts a mechanical release for there electric doors, but it seems they did not for that model. And the door panel is impossible to remove without destroying it in the process. BUT you can pull it loose in the middle and gain access (very carefully) without breaking the panel. I suggest seeking some one that has experience in this matter to solve the issue, as inexperience may cause your rear panel to be broken appart.

The easiest way would be to take hard turns in a parking lot at slow speeds both left and right. If you hear a clicking noise and as you slowly speed up noise follows speed,most likely the front universal joint. Or you could have it checked out by a qualified mechanic. .

This sounds like the body control module is not going into sleep mode when the car is turned off. The BCM as it is called is located under the radio and behind the a/c controls. It is a (black box) looking thing. If you unplug the connectors to it and the lights go out then you have probably found your problem.

The cam in the wiper transmission is broken. This is usually a little plastic piece that connects one wiper to another. Lift the hood and pull the cowl (near the windshield) and you should see what I'm talking about. It is usually available at the dealer. The other possibility is that the nut connecting the wiper arm to linkage is loose. Check and tighten.
