Replaced stock stereo and now jeep wont start, it
these vehicles have an anti-theft designed into them. When you remove the stereo, you probably shorted out the anti-theft and it won't let you start the car as if you were trying to steal it......

your vehicle uses a wasted coil pack so two cylinders fail together using that coil so change the coil pack sounds like the favorite to me 3 and 6 are the two cylinders using the same ignition coil

1997 Jeep cuts off
1-CHECK FOR GAS COMPRESSION 2-GAS FILTER 3-AIR HOSES 4-CHECK GAS PUMP.
TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM CAN BE AIR AND GAS ADJUSTING,IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH AIR THE GAS WILL SPIT OUT, AND IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH GAS THE JEEP WILL START BUT BECAUSE YOUR JEEP IS RECIEVING MORE AIR THAN THE JEEP WILL SHUT DOWN.
Seat belt doesn't roll up
You did not state the age of your vehicle, however over the years, a seat belt will collect body oils, dirt, food particles, etc.
Pull your seat belt out as far as you can. Clamping in place makes the next part easier.
Grab a bucket of water, laundry detergent and a white (because you can observe soil staining) wash rag, then scrub your seat belt. Keep rinsing your wash rag and scrubbing the belt. Once the rag is no longer picking up stains, you're done.
Allow the belt to dry completely before allowing to retract.
Once dry, it should retract properly.
Do NOT lubricate the belt with silicone or WD40, etc. These are not designed for a safety critical item and are not required once the belt is clean.
